Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health
Preferred Home Care of Florida a Medicare Home Health Agency is hiring Per-Diem PTs with Oasis experience
Therapists will provide home based services such as evaluations assessment and treatment.
Requirements:
- Florida State PT License
- PT Oasis experience
- CPR Certification
- Malpractice Insurance
- Recent Physical Exam
- 3 Years PT experience
Qualifications:
- Must be patient oriented
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Experience:
- Home Health PT: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
Compensation: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
