• Work with homeowners or property managers after a water/fire/mold loss and create a scope of work to restore the property to its pre-loss condition
• Hire and manage subcontractors for carpentry mechanical electrical plumbing and other tasks
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies
• Apply for permits and coordinate inspections
• Provide written updates with pictures during or after every project visit
• Manage subcontractor and material expenses to stay within budget
• Communicate effectively with home/business owners and internal team members

• 4 years experience as a construction project manager or comparable role
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients team members and external stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with desktop and mobile software in the construction industry
• Prior experience with DASH software is a plus
• Prior experience in the Restoration Industry is a plus
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards
