Enrichment Teacher (Music Art Yoga or Spanish) Locations: Sterling Ashburn Gainesville Bristow and Manassas City VA Pay: $20$25 per hour Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time MondayFriday
The Learning Experience is seeking a creative and engaging Enrichment Teacher to lead specialty learning experiences in Music Art Yoga or Spanish across several of our Northern Virginia centers. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with multiple age groups and bringing movement creativity or language into early childhood classrooms.
This position includes light travel between nearby partner schools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enrichment activities in Music Art Yoga or Spanish for children ages 25
Create engaging age-appropriate lesson plans that support creativity and participation
Adapt instruction for different classrooms and developmental levels
Maintain a positive structured learning environment
Collaborate with center leadership and classroom teachers
Travel between assigned locations as scheduled
Follow all Virginia childcare licensing and safety requirements
Qualifications
Experience teaching children in Music Art Yoga Spanish or a related enrichment field required
High school diploma required; coursework in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
Experience working with preschool-aged children strongly preferred
Reliable transportation required for travel between centers
Strong classroom presence and communication skills
