PositionSummary

As a Software Architect at LCPtracker you will define and evolve the technical architecture of our Azurehosted SaaS platform. Youare responsible fordesigning scalable secure and maintainable solutions that support both current product needs and longterm business role plays a critical part inLCPtrackersshift toward an AIfirst development approach where artificial intelligence is intentionally integrated into how systems are designed built tested andoperated. You will guide architectural decisions that enable teams toeffectively and responsibly adoptAIassisted and AInative capabilities across the will partner closely with Product Software Development Managers Platform and Engineering teams toestablisharchitectural standards guide design decisions and ensure consistent application of modern engineering practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define andmaintainthehigh-levelarchitecture forLCPtrackerscloud native Azure based SaaS platform

  • Translate business and product requirements into scalable secure and extensible architectural designs

  • Establish architectural patterns and reference implementations for:

  • Application and service design

  • Data architecture and integration

  • Security identity and access control

  • Observability reliability and performance

  • Lead architectural design reviews andprovidetechnical guidance to engineering teams without direct people management

  • Collaborate with Software Development Managers to ensure architectural decisions are executable within CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows

  • Drive adoption of an AI first development approach including:

  • Designing systems that intentionallyleverageAI for development testing quality documentation and operations

  • Defining architectural patterns for AIassistedand AI enabled features

  • Guiding responsible usage of AI tools with attention to security data privacy compliance and auditability

  • Establish standards forAPI design and integrationAzureservicesand cloud native capabilities

  • Partner with Platform and DevOps teams on:

  • CI/CD architecture

  • Environment strategy

  • Scalability resilience and cost optimization

  • Act as a technical thought leader staying current on modern architecture trends Azure capabilities and AI enabled development practices

Work Environment

This position performs its duties from ourNew Braunfels TX or Orange positionoperatesin a professional office environmentand roleroutinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job the employeeis regularly required tosit;frequentlyrequiredto talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employeeis required tohave close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer and multiple screens; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic forms.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is afull-timenon-exemptposition. Days and hours worked are dependent on business needs and workload. General availability during regular business hours Monday through Friday is on the candidateand /or position a hybrid work arrangement may be considered; howevera minimum of three (3) or more days per week in the office isrequiredto support executive collaboration leadership presence and cross-functional engagement. Some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand.

Travel

There is no major travel requirement for this position. However infrequent travel may be necessary to visit remote office(s) attend conferences/industry events etc. Attendance at our corporate Staff Retreat isrequired. This event is a 2-3-day at our annual User Conference as assigned.

Salary Range

The salary range is$150000.00-$170000.00annually. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in computer sciencesoftwareengineering or equivalent practical experience

  • 8 years of handson software development experience including significant work in the Microsoft technology stack (e.g. C# .NET/.NET Core SQL Server Azure services)

  • 3 years in an architecture or senior technical leadership role for SaaS or cloudbased platforms

  • Proven experience designing and operating production systems on Microsoft Azure

  • Strong experience with:

  • Cloudnative architecture patterns

  • CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps

  • Infrastructure as Code

  • Demonstrated ability to remain technically handson enough tovalidatedesigns review code and guide complex technical decisions

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing AIassisted or AIfirst development architectures

  • Experience with AIenabled features or platforms in regulated or datasensitive environments
