Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong experience in RPA (UiPath Blue Prism Power Automate) and a passion for AI-driven automation. You will lead automation programs manage cross-functional teams and drive the adoption of intelligent solutions across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program management for RPA and AI initiatives.
Define scope timelines and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee design development and deployment of automation solutions (POCs pilots production).
Facilitate workshops with business SMEs to gather requirements and document processes.
Drive integration of AI technologies (ML NLP intelligent document processing) into RPA solutions.
Mentor developers and junior program managers to build team capability.
Monitor program performance manage risks and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

5-7 years of program/project management experience in automation or technical domains.
Hands-on expertise with RPA platforms (UiPath required; Blue Prism Power Automate preferred).
Strong understanding of AI concepts and applications.
Familiarity with programming (.Net Java Python SQL) is a plus.
Proficiency in process flow-charting tools (Visio or equivalent).
Extra: Experience with document management (Kofax ABBYY) data integration (Informatica SSIS) or BPM tools (Pega).
