Electrical Project Engineer

WGM Engineering Ltd part of RSK Group is recruiting for anElectrical Project Engineer within our Projects Delivery team. This is a full time permanent role based in Glasgow with site activities required.

The Project Engineer willbe responsible forassistingin all delivery preparation activities in and during operational life of programmed your role as a Project Engineer you willprovidefull project guidance and ensure that maintenance plans are developed and agreed as the overall work package evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developprojectobjectivesby reviewing project proposals andplans;conferring with relevant management.
• Co-ordinateprocurement and site activities on a project.
• Prepareproject status reports by collecting analysing and summarizing information andtrends;recommending actions.
• Write detailed andaccurateRisk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS).
• Undertake site surveys taking measurements photos asking questions of operations understanding of process assessing access and egress.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant engineering degree or HNDBTec professional level 5 award or equivalent experience.
• Competent in MS Excel.
• Manage own workload to ensure priorities and deadlines aremaintained.
• Ability towritedetailed reports.
• Appreciation of financial cost control (supported).
• Experience of MS Project and or P6 Primavera planning software.
• Clear understanding of NEC form of contract is preferable.
• Valid UK driving licence.
