We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented finance administrator to join our clients team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible part-time hours with the potential for longer-term development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing and monitoring company credit card payments ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are identified and resolved
- Posting purchase invoices onto the accounting system in a timely and accurate manner maintaining up-to-date financial records
- Carrying out supplier statement reconciliations investigating and resolving any differences to ensure accounts are fully aligned
- Liaising with suppliers where necessary to clarify account queries or obtain missing documentation
- Assisting with the maintenance of financial records and ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and efficiently
- Supporting general accounts administration tasks including data entry document management and ad hoc duties as required by the finance team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes and systems
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
