SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency

Salary: OTE: 50000 per annum

Experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator required for busy Addiscombe based lettings agency. Responsible for generating instructions conducting viewings negotiating tenancies and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a successful residential estate agency in Addiscombe.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback to landlords
• Generating new lettings instructions and business opportunities
• Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
• Progressing tenancies from offer agreed through to move-in
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
• Contributing to office targets and overall team performance

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings
• Proven track record of achieving lettings targets
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High level of customer service and professionalism
• Positive attitude and self-motivated approach
• Smart articulate and confident manner
• Knowledge of Addiscombe and surrounding areas advantageous
• Full UK Driving Licence essential and own vehicle preferred
