Commercial Finance Manager- Contract Role

Short term contract for Commercial Finance Manager role supporting the Commercial Finance Director for Creative Service lines partnering with senior business leaders to provide strategic financial insight resource and forecasting analysis and profitability support to enable informed commercial decisionmaking.

Key responsibilities:

• Reviews and provides advice on strategic financial plans in partnership with business leaders Partners to provide insight and challenge through financial analysis to enable business partners to make key decisions and achieve targets.

• Supports Commercial Finance Director and client leadership by providing analytical insight and ensuring optimal balance of planned resources vs actual resources usage per internal and contractual cadence (monthly or quarterly).

• Works with business leaders to understand and model resource requirements impact on forecasts and staffing plans allocation on a quarterly basis. Monitor flexible resources budget needs and usage on a monthly basis.

• Supports preparation and analysis of client profitability identifies and supports initiatives to improve profitability/margin.

• Supports the Commercial Finance Director and business leaders as necessary with high quality and insightful analysis and scenario planning as requested from time to time.

The salary range for this position is$120k Actual salary within thesalary range will be based on avariety of factors including relevantexperience knowledge and skills.
