Youll be involved in everything from preconstruction and procurement to logistics scheduling vendor management and project execution. Junior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers throughout all phases of commercial construction projects
• Coordinate preconstruction activities procurement bidding and subcontractor outreach
• Manage job setup including site logistics equipment containers dumpsters and material deliveries
• Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes while helping drive purchasing decisions
• Track project budgets schedules documentation and project milestones
• Partner with field teams vendors and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule
• Assist with the coordination and installation of specialty equipment and unique project components across multiple locations
• Serve as a key communication hub between the office field teams suppliers and project stakeholders
• Work primarily from the office (80%) while conducting occasional site visits to support project execution and gain field experience
• Continuously develop project management skills while taking on increasing responsibility and ownership

Junior Project Manager Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer in commercial construction OR 12 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager
• Commercial construction experience required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with project teams vendors and subcontractors
• Eagerness to learn grow and advance within a construction management career path
