Senior Systems Engineer VI (Prime Contract)

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with robust knowledge of the full life cycle of Systems Engineering processes a deep understanding of multiple communications technologies virtualization systems architecture and infrastructure for IT systems.

Position requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph level citizenship is required.

Some travel will be required as part of the roles responsibilities.

Required Skills:

• Expertise in system and network administration across diverse platforms including Linux and Windows environments.
• Configuration management - Ansible SaltStack
• Code deployment - GitLab
• Monitoring - Nagios Zabbix ELKStack
• Backups - Runbrik
• Ticketing/Documentation - ATLASSIAN - Jira/Conflunce
• Compliance work - LatteArt Biscotti
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to create deployment schedules with various stakeholder input.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Sharepoint.
• Must be proactive and a self-starter.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline and twenty (20) years of system engineering experience or twenty-four (24) years experience in lieu of degree.
• IAT Certification Level II

The pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
