Job Summary

As a Store Clerk you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the storeoperatessmoothly. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their purchasesmaintaininginventory and performing various sales-related tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
- Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system ensuring efficient cash handling.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and increase sales.
- Maintain organized stock levels by restocking shelves and managing inventory effectively as able.
- Communicate with team via provided radio system.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory counts.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to retail operations.
- Must be well-groomed neat and clean for public contact.
