Department: Early Childhood Education
Job Type: Full-Time
- Support teaching staff with daily classroom activities and routines.
- Assist in maintaining a safe clean and organized learning environment.
- Supervise children during play learning activities meals and transitions.
- Provide classroom coverage and support where needed.
- Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setup.
- Help ensure smooth daily operations across the center.
- Support teachers with end-of-day organization and cleanup as needed.
- Maintain positive communication with staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with young children or in a childcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills.
- Flexible and able to assist in different classroom environments as needed.
- Reliable patient and supportive when working with children.
- Experience in a childcare center preschool or early learning environment.
- Understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
- Ability to support structured routines and classroom transitions.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
