We are seeking a dependable and flexible Childcare Teacher Full-Time Support to assist across our early childhood education center. This role supports daily classroom operations helps maintain a safe and engaging learning environment and provides coverage where needed throughout the day.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children is team-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced early learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support teaching staff with daily classroom activities and routines.
Assist in maintaining a safe clean and organized learning environment.
Supervise children during play learning activities meals and transitions.
Provide classroom coverage and support where needed.
Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom setup.
Help ensure smooth daily operations across the center.
Support teachers with end-of-day organization and cleanup as needed.
Maintain positive communication with staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with young children or in a childcare setting preferred.
Strong communication teamwork and organizational skills.
Flexible and able to assist in different classroom environments as needed.
Reliable patient and supportive when working with children.
Preferred Skills
Experience in a childcare center preschool or early learning environment.
Understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning.
Ability to support structured routines and classroom transitions.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
