As Bucherer USA continues to expand its ecommerce business site merchandising plays a critical role in curating a premium digital experience that drives both engagement and conversion.
The Digital Associate will support the day-to-day execution of onsite merchandising across Bucherers ecommerce experience ensuring products collections and content are thoughtfully presented to drive conversion while maintaining the highest luxury standards. In addition this role will provide light coordination and oversight related to performance marketinghelping ensure alignment between onsite merchandising priorities and paid media execution including collaboration with Bucherers performance marketing agency. The associate will also help implement our SEO/AIO strategy to ensure our website remains a reference in the watch and jewelry space. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented visually and analytically minded and eager to learn how onsite experience and performance marketing work together in a high-consideration luxury environment.
Responsibilities:
Onsite Merchandising & Ecommerce Execution
Support day-to-day site merchandising execution including homepage category pages PLPs PDPs and onsite navigation
Ensure accurate product setup categorization availability pricing and content in alignment with brand and manufacturer guidelines
Assist with seasonal updates product launches campaigns and key brand moments
Partner with Creative and Merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive premium onsite experience
Performance Marketing Alignment (Light Oversight)
Serve as a point of coordination between onsite merchandising and performance marketing to ensure campaigns are supported by optimized landing experiences
Review paid media landing pages featured assortments and promotional messaging for accuracy and alignment
Provide feedback to the performance marketing team and agency on onsite priorities inventory considerations and featured collections
Support performance marketing meetings by sharing onsite insights and updates
Agency Coordination & Support
Assist with light oversight of the performance marketing agency helping ensure onsite execution aligns with paid media strategy
Review select agency outputs (landing pages featured assortments promotional placements) for accuracy and brand alignment
Flag issues opportunities and insights related to onsite performance or conversion
Reporting & Optimization
Monitor onsite performance metrics including conversion rate bounce rate PDP engagement and merchandising performance
Share insights on product performance customer behavior and onsite trends with cross-functional partners
Support A/B testing and optimization efforts related to merchandising navigation and content placement
SEO & AIO
Help implement the SEO and AIO strategy ensuring we make progress on search and AI traffic
Leverage our SEO platform (Conductor) to identify opportunities and measure progress
Assess progress vs benchmark of peers and ensure Bucherer remains the reference in the watch and jewelry space
Qualifications:
13 years of experience in site merchandising ecommerce or digital merchandising
Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar preferred)
Strong attention to detail and visual merchandising sensibility
Comfort working with performance metrics and onsite analytics
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing creative and analytics teams
Interest in luxury watches fine jewelry or premium retail
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with GA4 or ecommerce analytics tools is a plus
Experience working with SEO platform such as Conductor or SEM rush
SALARY RANGE: $67000 - $77000 per year
