The Systems Administrator will have three-plus years of experience in a senior support role strong technical skills be personable with clients and internal staff and have a positive attitude that inspires growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide complex technical support to FUSE3 customers
• Set up and configure individual network users
• Assist in a variety of IT projects
• Maintain accurate notes and time entries in the ConnectWise Ticketing System and control records
• Perform network startup and shutdown procedures
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
• Research recommend and implement new technology
• Mentor less experienced technical support staff

Experience and Skills

• 3-5 years of troubleshooting and administration of Windows PCs Server Hardware and Server Operating Systems.
• 3-5 years of experience in building deploying and troubleshooting networks and network hardware.
• Microsoft 365 administration including but not limited to Office Intune Entra ID etc.
• Active Directory Group Policy Virtualization technologies (Microsoft Hyper-V in particular) common backup technologies network printing and faxing.
  
• Experience with ConnectWise Sophos VoIP and previous MSP experience is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be an excellent team player who can also work independently.
• Position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds maneuver under desks and be able to cable new workstation arrangements/setups.
• Drivers license and appropriate insurance required. The position will be based in Fair Oaks CA and will require travel to its surrounding areas.
• Willingness to participate in the On-Call program.
