What Youll Own

As a Sales & Enrollment Manager you will:

• Manage the full enrollment cycle - from initial inquiry to registration and retention
• Drive conversion by improving follow-up communication and customer experience
• Track and improve key performance metrics including leads enrollments and retention
• Identify gaps in systems and implement more efficient processes
• Support day-to-day operations including scheduling and administrative workflows
• Troubleshoot basic tech or system issues and coordinate with vendors when needed
• Assist with website updates and marketing initiatives
• Serve as a key communication point between customers staff and leadership
• Help create a smooth professional experience for every family

What Were Looking For

• 25 years of experience in sales customer success or business operations
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and improve results
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software
• Experience with CRMs scheduling tools or WordPress is a plus
• Organized dependable and solution-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Flexible scheduling depending on business needs and availability
• Some evening or weekend availability may be needed
