Peraton is seeking a skilled Junior Full Stack Software Developer to design and build a dynamic web-based application in Angular Java and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design test and develop well-structured efficient and testable web-based software using Java Angular Postgres and related technologies.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into functional applications ensuring reliability through ongoing maintenance testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with customers and technical teams to translate requirements into Epics Features and User Stories for both functional and non-functional needs.
• Support Agile teams in backlog planning work item refinement and story point estimation.
• Apply industry-standard design patterns and best practices to software solutions.
• Implement secure coding standards to safeguard applications and data.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests to support CI/CD pipelines.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelors degree and minimum 1 year of relevant experience; or minimum 3 years with AS/AA degree or minimum 5 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience with using GitLab for CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps deployments.
• Experience with Object Oriented language
• Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL database technologies.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• A current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
