Job Summary

We are actively hiring Direct Care Professionals for multiple residential shifts supporting youth in our care.

Current Openings:

2nd Shift A: Sunday 10a10p MondayWednesday 2p10p
2nd Shift B: WednesdayFriday 2p10p Saturday 10a10p

Overview:
Boys & Girls Haven is seeking dependable compassionate staff to work directly with youth in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on building relationships maintaining structure and supporting youth through daily routines and behavioral growth.

What Youll Do:

Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routines
Support behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approaches
Maintain a safe structured environment
Assist with meals hygiene school routines and activities
Transport youth to appointments and community activities
Administer medications (as trained)
Document daily interactions and incidents

Pay & Benefits:

$18.00 $20.82/hour
Retention bonuses up to $1000

Requirements:

21 years old
Valid drivers license
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
