Job Summary
Stinson LLP is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney with zero to five years of transactional experience and a strong interest in community development transactions utilizing new markets tax credits (NMTCs) historic rehabilitation tax credits (HTCs) and/or renewable energy investment tax credits (RETCs) to join our growing Tax Credit & Impact Finance group in our Denver office.
Superior academic performance and excellent writing and analytical skills are required. Experience with NMTCs HTCs and RETCs is helpful but not required. Candidates with commercial real estate experience commercial lending experience structured finance and/or general federal income tax experience would also be well-suited for this position.
Active license to practice in the applicable jurisdiction is required.

Our associate attorney compensation structure has two components: (1) a base salary and (2) a discretionary merit bonus based on performance. The salary range for this role is $190000 $215000. The salary range for this position is based on a variety of factors including experience skills qualifications and location. The range is provided as an initial approximation at the time of posting and may vary based on the individuals unique qualifications and experience.
