Our Supported Employment Program:
- This is a program that helps individuals find a job and develop the skills needed to be successful in that job.
- A job coach will provide support and training to help individuals learn how to complete job tasks and understand the companys policies and procedures.
As the Program Coordinator Employment Services you will be responsible for:
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate weekly schedules for job coaches and participants.
- Communicate with staff and participants to confirm and adjust schedules.
- Monitor authorized hours to ensure services stay within approved limits.
- Update and maintain scheduling systems and tracking spreadsheets.
- Input and maintain assignments in electronic verification system.
- Monitor timesheets for accuracy (missed punches meal breaks scheduling alignment) and report out to supervisor if changes are necessary.
- Follow up with staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain participant files authorizations and recurring program documents.
- Support drafting of IHSP reports.
- Conduct spot checks of activity notes for completion and signatures.
- Ensure documentation is accurate complete and audit-ready.
- Maintain monthly billing spreadsheets and ensure accuracy
- Cross-check schedules documentation and service data
- Identify and correct discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support onboarding and training of Job Coaches
- Serve as a point of contact for job coaches and assist with daily needs
- Support communication with participants and families via phone and email
- May provide job coaching coverage or support job development as needed
Schedule:
- Full-time
- M-F 9:00a - 5:00p
Work Location:
- Sylmar CA
- Occasional travel
Compensation:
- Starting at $19.00- $23.00/hour (dependent upon prior experience and qualifications).

- High school diploma or GED required.
- 12 years of administrative or program support experience preferred.
- Experience in human services or employment services preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Clear criminal background check.
- Valid Drivers License and proof of automobile insurance.
- Reliable mode of transportation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional clear communication with staff participants and families
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong accuracy and ability to identify and correct errors
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Word Outlook PowerPoint)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Reliable responsible and team-oriented
