Were looking for a PARTS and SERVICE FLOATER to join our team at FRIENDSHIP.

Our ideal candidates are reliable independent and energetic team players who genuinely enjoy workingwith people!

What Youll Do:

• Travel between dealerships to support the Parts and Service in our NC markets
• Assist customers in the dealership and on the phone
• Accurately price parts and accessories
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
• Prepare clear detailed estimates for recommended services
• Monitor the service and parts ordering processes and keep customers informed with timely updates
• Review completed services or purchases with customers
• Ensure repair orders or parts invoices are accurate and complete
• Maintain knowledge of manufacturer warranty policy and return procedures
• Analyze processes to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement across departments
• Support the Service and Parts Managers with additional tasks as needed

Qualification Checklist:

• Automotive Parts and Service experience preferred but not required
• Experience with CDK and familiarity with web based platforms preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel between stores in Boone and Forest Citymarkets
• A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
• Excellent communication skills both written and in person
• Comfortable working within established systems and processes
• Ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced environment
• A professional polished appearance and positive team-oriented attitude

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation for this role will range from $40000 - $50000 per year based on knowledge and experience
