Practice Nurse | Clinical Cardiology

CentraCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Practice Nurse to join our Clinical Cardiology this role you will workprimarily with a cardiologistassisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with cardiovascular disease through hospital clinic and outreach services.

Current opening:

• Full-time 64 hours every two weeks On-site (primarily at our outreach site in Wilmar)
• Days 7:30am-5pm range Limited weekend

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $41.34 per hour
  • Bachelors in nursing starting at $42.37 per hour
  • Masters in nursing starting at $43.43 per hour
  • Pay range: $41.34 - $62.01 per hour

Qualifications:

• Graduate from a nursing program required BSN or MSN preferred
• BSN required within three (3) years
• Current Minnesota RN license required.
• 1 yearof recent cardiology work (i.e. critical care nursing heart catheterization emergency room) required.
• 2 years of experience working in a cardiovascular disease program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card per established policy required.
• Sufficient knowledge to recognize abnormal laboratory data and other diagnostic testing results necessitating reporting to physicians required.
• A valid Minnesota class D drivers license and a vehicle available for work a driving record in good standing and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage may be required.
