Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Care Worker in Dexter MI where you will provide compassionate and reliable in-home care services to our clients. This role involves assisting individuals with daily activities promoting independence and enhancing their quality of life in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility.
- Provide light housekeeping duties meal preparation and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor clients health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a big plus.
- Compassionate patient and reliable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass background checks.
