Inventory Control Coordinator Sterile Processing Full Time

Job Summary

Supports and is responsible for incorporating into job performance the Frederick Health (FH) mission vision core values and customer service philosophy and adheres to the FH Compliance Program including following all regulatory requirements and the FH Standards of Behavior.

Example of Essential Functions:

• Responsible for planning organizing and reporting on all supplies and equipment that are stored within the warehouse.
• Collaborates with the Distribution Techs to ensure that the supplies and equipment are handled in accordance with departmental policy to allow for timely delivery without any compromise to the material.
• Responsible for maintaining a current computerized inventory and for collaborating with the Par Excellence Distribution Tech and department supervisors to meet clinical quality and financial goals.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Basic computer skills positive communication and inter-personal skills are required. Must be able to prioritize effectively.

Minimum Education Training and Experience Required:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in Supply Chain distribution and customer service preferred

Reports to Manager of Sterile Processing

Pay is based on experience skills and education. If position is part-time salary will be pro-rated based on scheduled hours. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on specialty if applicable. Non-Exempt positions may have shift differential and/or Overtime paid if applicable.

Hourly range: $17.89-$26.32
