Turn booked appointments into people who show up.
Turn show-ups into revenue.
- Making 100150 outbound calls per shift
- Following up with leads who didnt respond
- Rebooking missed appointments (no-call/no-shows opportunity)
- Setting qualified appointments for our coaching team
- Driving show rate and ultimately closing revenue
You are measured by output not effort. You will receive sales and fitness training to ensure the knowledge to succeed.
- Base hourly pay
- 1020% commission on sales generated from your appointments
- Paid per appointment that shows
- Bonus tiers for hitting booking and revenue targets
- You are energetic outgoing and confident on the phone
- You have 1 years of sales experience (fitness retail automotive or similar)
- You have a base understanding of fitness
- You know how to build trust and guide conversations
- You are competitive and dont like losing
- You can handle rejection without slowing down
- You show up on time and take ownership of your results
- Supplement sales

- 10 appointments set per shift
- Strong show rate
- Consistent revenue generated from your pipeline

- Opportunity for up to a 20% raise within your first 90 days based on performance
