Role Overview
- Lead nursing team across all peri-operative areas: pre-op OR PACU
- Drive clinical quality patient safety and operational excellence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and nursing leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee staffing resources and equipment for safe peri-op care
- Lead quality & performance improvement initiatives
- Foster positive work environment & staff development
- Manage budgets & support cost-effective care
- Partner with physician & nursing leadership on unit planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- 5 years of peri-operative or related nursing experience
- Leadership experience preferred
