Description:The Graham School is seeking a Facilities Manager for the school year. This role is responsible for ensuring safe functional and well-maintained learning environments while balancing hands-on maintenance work with long-term facility planning vendor coordination and capital improvement light to medium maintenance across all three school buildings (e.g. basic carpentry flooring repair minor plumbing ceiling tile replacement drywall work and painting)Serve as the lead for day-to-day facilities operations prioritizing and addressing maintenance needs across multiple locationsConduct regular building inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs safety concerns and repair opportunitiesDevelop and maintain a capital improvement plan across all three buildings including identifying needs establishing priorities and recommending timing for repairs and replacementsAssist with maintenance and capital budget planning including forecasting upcoming needs and recommending cost-effective solutionsEstablish and manage a work order tracking process to prioritize requests track completion and identify recurring issues across all buildingsOversee and coordinate outside vendors and contractors including sourcing scheduling and managing work to ensure high-quality service cost-effective solutions and alignment with The Graham Family of Schools mission and project goals; monitor and manage related expenses to support responsible use of resourcesEnsure all buildings remain compliant with fire health and safety regulations including maintaining required systems and documentationMaintain functionality of core building systems including lighting and respond promptly to urgent maintenance issuesSupport small facility improvement projects coordinating logistics timelines and contractor activity as neededMaintain school grounds including general upkeep and trash removal to ensure a clean and welcoming environmentTrack and maintain basic inventory of tools equipment and suppliesCommunicate effectively with school leadership and staff regarding maintenance needs timelines and updates across all buildingsRespond to emergency or after-hours maintenance issues as neededAdditional Requirements:Must be willing to work flexible hours and travel between all three school buildingsMust be able to lift up to 30 be able to work at heights up to 25 feetMust adhere to safe work practices at all timesMinimum Qualifications:Pass BCI and FBI background check Compensation: Salary range is $60000 - $70000 based on will offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical dental vision retirement and life : The Graham School 3950 Indianola Ave. Columbus Ohio 43214 The Charles School 1270 Brentnell Ave. Columbus OH 43219 Graham Elementary and Middle School 140 E. 16th Ave. Columbus OH 43201To apply: Please visit our website: When completing the application please be prepared to answer some essay questions provide a resume and cover letter and other documents which you may wish to provide for our institution is a drug-free work is an equal opportunity provider employer and lender.)
