Imaging Associates is a progressive and premium provider of radiology services owned and operated by a team of highly respected Radiologists.

With clinics located across Melbournes Eastern suburbs Gippsland and Wagga Wagga and more opening throughout 2026 and beyond we are expanding our centralised team at our Box Hill Booking Centre.

We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join us on our growth journey - a role that plays a vital part in shaping the first impression our patients receive and ensuring the smooth compassionate experience Imaging Associates is known for.

What will you be doing

As the first point of contact via phone youll play a vital role in supporting patients through their medical imaging journey. Youll manage inbound calls providing clear and compassionate communication while handling bookings enquiries and follow-ups across our Melbourne clinics.

Whether youre an experienced Medical Receptionist or someone with strong contact centre experience looking to step into the healthcare sector this role offers variety support and professional growth in a values-driven environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound calls and answering patient inquiries in a calm professional manner
• Managing patient bookings rescheduling and cancellations
• Providing information to patients and referrers regarding imaging services
• Maintaining patient records accurately and confidentially
• Performing administrative tasks to support the wider team
• Supporting billing tasks including invoicing and receipting

What are we looking for

To be successful you will need to have:

• Previous Radiology clinic orBooking Centre/Contact Centre experience
• Strongcustomer service skills and communication skills
• Experience working autonomously and part of a team
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Confidence with technology and the ability to manage multiple systems while speaking with patients
• Availability to work across a rotating roster between 8am and 6pm Mon-Fri
