Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator Wanted!

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who loves Residential Lettings and thrives on putting deals together in a competitive marketplace.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator who wants to move their career on to the next level and be part of a truly successful and developing team.

You will be a pivotal part within in the team carrying out viewings negotiating deals and seeing the lets through to completion.

The right candidate will be experienced proactive and self-motivated and possesses great customer service and communication skills.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating tenancy agreements
• Managing offers deal progression and move-ins
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Generating new business through proactive applicant and landlord contact
• Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Maintaining accurate records and CRM systems

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Experienced residential Lettings Agent
• Superior sales ability
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well presented ambitious and self-motivated
• Knowledge of Pinner and the surrounding area helpful
• Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
• Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
