Maintenance Technician Industrial (2nd shift)

What Youll Do

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and support equipment to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic issues on manufacturing machinery
• Respond to equipment breakdowns diagnose root causes and implement timely effective solutions
• Safely operate and maintain tools test equipment and specialized machinery used in maintenance work
• Inspect equipment complete work orders and maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
• Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements that enhance safety quality and efficiency
• Follow all safety procedures and support a clean organized and compliant work environment

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment (mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic)
• Ability to read and interpret manuals diagrams and technical documentation
• Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive handson approach to equipment issues
• Clear communication skills and a teamoriented mindset for working closely with production and other departments
• Ability to manage time prioritize tasks and support production demands on a busy 2nd shift

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
• Monday Friday working 1 weekend per month
• Onsite in Madison WI working directly with your team in a fastpaced manufacturing environment

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $27.90 $36.80 based on experience and skills
