Job Summary
What youll do in this role
Youll work across the full design process: developing sketches and renderings building out construction documents running computational models and contributing to presentations that actually win hearts in the room. Youll be involved in design reviews charrettes and pin-ups early on. Youll coordinate with consultants ask hard questions and push ideas forward alongside people who take the craft seriously.
This isnt a sit in the corner and draft role. We want you curious vocal and invested in the work.
What were looking for
- A bachelors degree in landscape architecture or a related field
- 13 years of experience
- Working knowledge of 2D/3D production tools; comfort with Rhino Grasshopper Revit and visualization software like Enscape or V-Ray is a strong plus
- Familiarity with site analysis environmental analysis tools (Ladybug Climate Studio) and physical modeling
- Active pursuit of your LARE and at least one living design accreditation on your radar LEED AP WELL AP SITES AP Passive House ILFI or similar
Beyond the technical: you communicate ideas in a way that moves people. Youre organized under pressure honest about what you dont know and genuinely excited about where the industry is heading.
