The Mass General Brigham Medical Group is a system-led operating entity formed by Mass General Brigham to deliver high quality low cost innovative community-based ambulatory care. Job Summary

Directs plans and coordinates the service activities and staffing performance of professional nursing and auxiliary nursing personnel in rendering quality patient care. May provide direct patient care.
Essential Functions
-Ensure the development implementation and evaluation of staff onboarding training and education.
-Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff.
-Ensures a positive work environment that is safe for patients visitors and staff.
-Coordinating unit activities with other hospital departments of the hospital.
-Develops and implements staffing plans.

Education
Bachelors Degree Nursing required and Masters Degree Nursing preferred

Licenses and Credentials
Registered Nurse RN - State License - Generic -

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ACLS (AHA) - American Heart Association (AHA) preferred Basic Life Support BLS Certification

Experience
Nursing experience 2-3 years required and Nursing leadership experience 1-2 years preferred. Cardiac experience preferred.

We are currently hiring a full-time to work on site Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm with flexibility! This role will oversee Cardiac Diagnostics Care Management Nurses Cardio Echo Sonographers and Vascular Sonographers.

Location coverage includes: Haverhill MA Lawrence MA Salem MA and Salem NH as well as occasional meetings at Assembly Row in Somerville MA.
