Finance Intern

We currently have four internship openings across several areas of the department. Interns may support work related to:

• Accounting & Operations (Seattle WA) - exposure to core financial processes reconciliations and day-to-day accounting activities
• Pricing (Silicon Valley or San Francisco CA) - assisting with budgeting reporting and data-driven insights
• Billing (New York NY) - contributing to documentation review processes and financial accuracy
• Accounts Payable (Silicon Valley or San Francisco CA) - supporting workflows related to expenses vendors and financial coordination

These openings provide broad experience across the finance function offering hands-on learning with financial systems operational workflows and cross-team collaboration. The position offers a hybrid schedule requiring at least one day onsite per week in office with the possibility of additional required inoffice days depending on business and client needs. This role is non-exempt and full time. The internship is expected to run through summer 2026.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a professional environment

The anticipated pay rate for our internship is $21 -$25 per hour.

Depending on the role the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors including without limitation the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position years of relevant experience level of education attained certifications or other professional licenses held and if applicable the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
