Monday - Friday 5 am - 4pm
Guide the day-to-day activities for a segment within the industrial specialty and medical distribution and gas filling operations of a production location.
Target Annual Salary $71K-$81K plus Bonus

Supports and guides the activities of 2 or more plant production associates to accomplish collective team goals.
Nurtures a strong safety and alignment culture proactively addressing unsafe acts or conditions to protect the well-being of the team.
Coordinates tasks for team members according to customers needs current stock levels and the unique strengths of each associate.
Reviews production schedules and evaluates team capacity to ensure the successful and sustainable completion of assignments. Maintains thoughtful time and production records.
Translates company policies for the team and champions safety standards as a core value.
Cultivates improvements in production methods equipment performance and product quality; fosters an environment that increases the collective effectiveness of the work crew. Collaborates on plans to inspire the team to achieve our shared goals.
Navigates team challenges and assists associates in finding collaborative solutions.
Recommends or initiates associate actions such as welcoming new hires supporting promotions managing transfers guiding team transitions and providing professional growth and feedback. Provides a warm onboarding experience for new associates and cross-trains the team to ensure continuous support and production.
Provides assistance to the Plant Manager with regard to planning and managing capital investments for the future of the facility.
Coordinates the proper inventory levels of supplies and equipment to ensure the team has what they need to succeed.
Committed to the shared success of company policies including a proactive approach to safety and the consistent use of personal protective equipment.
Creates a safe work environment by contributing to zero preventable accidents and ensuring continuous alignment with company safety rules standard operating procedures and governmental regulations.
Navigates work challenges and assists drivers in finding supportive solutions.
Develops load sheets for production loaders to prepare trucks for reliable and timely delivery to our customers.
Are you a MATCH
Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Ideally Your Experience Includes:
A background in industry-related fields (distribution or industrial production) typically gained over five or more years.
At least 1 year of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Experience with compressed gases gas analysis and gas lab equipment is highly valued.
Prior experience utilizing SAP is a plus.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities (KSAs):
Intermediate knowledge of Google suite applications (GMAIL Drive Sheets etc.).
Strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of how to leverage metrics to improve production effectiveness.
Ability to read and comprehend material safety data sheets.
Proficiency in the operation of a forklift (appropriate certifications will be maintained).
Ability to contribute effectively to a fast-paced environment and meet team deadlines.
