Synergie Australia is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for atrusted client located in Broadmeadows.

The important parts:

• Pay:$80-90 per hour Super
• Duration:6-month contract
• Hours:MondayFriday 1-day WFH

What you will be required to do:

Youll support a dynamic and fastpaced HR function during a significant period of transformation. This is a handson partnering role working closely with business leaders across Manufacturing Operations R&D Commercial and Enabling Functions.

• Provide strategic and operational HR partnering across multiple business units.
• Deliver people solutions across change transformation talent engagement and culture.
• Support organisational design activities and change management initiatives.
• Deliver the HR operational plan and annual HR cycle activities (performance promotions remuneration reviews)
• Advise leaders on workforce planning IR/ER matters talent management and development.
• Deploy global and APACwide change management projects.
• Support employee survey action planning and manager coaching.
• Build relationships quickly and operate as a trusted advisor.

To be successful in the role you will:

• Bring 7 years HR management experience (or 57 years if highly capable and agile)
• Have strong HRBP or HR consulting skills gained in a large dynamic global organisation
• Be confident resilient flexible and able to work with ambiguity-
• Bring experience across Org Design Change Management Talent & Development
• Be highly organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously-
• Be comfortable operating in a fastpaced environment with shifting priorities
• Have excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills-
• Tertiary qualifications in HR Business Psychology or related fields
