Role Summary
Maintain safe efficient operation of plant facilities and building systems through repairs preventative maintenance troubleshooting and general facility support.
Key Responsibilities
Perform building repairs (walls floors windows doors light carpentry).
Handle minor plumbing electrical and HVAC maintenance.
Conduct preventive maintenance and assist with machinery troubleshooting.
Maintain clean safe work areas; follow OHSA ISO9001 GMP and EH&S standards.
Support facility upkeep: painting cleaning waste handling equipment moves inventory.
Assist mechanics/contractors and document maintenance work.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in facility/building maintenance.
Proficient with hand and power tools; basic carpentry plumbing and electrical knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting skills and understanding of safety regulations.
Physically able to lift bend and work in varied environments.
Strong communication teamwork and timemanagement skills.
Ability to train or guide others.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with machining welding or shop tools.
Knowledge of water treatment chemicals or chemical handling.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).

The expected compensation range for this position is between $54080.00 and 72110.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills experience and other factors permitted by law.Regulatory Disclosure
