Job Summary
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Buyer to join our Procurement this role you will support procurement activities for key programs manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery of critical materials and services. This position is ideal for someone hungry to grow eager to learn and ready to thrive in a high-growth mission-driven company.
WHAT YOULL DO
- PurchaseOrder Management: Create issue and manage purchase orders to meet production and program needs
- Supplier Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers monitor performance and resolve issues related to quality delivery and pricing
- Problem Solving: Quickly resolve supply chain disruptions delivery delays and quality issues to keep projects on track
- Order Tracking: Monitor and expedite orders to meet deadlines and production schedules
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering manufacturing and program teams to align procurement with company goals
- Data & Process Management: Maintain accurate records track procurement KPIs and identify opportunities to streamline processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree in supply chain engineering business or related field
- 4 years of supply chain experience including technical procurement
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Full-time on site in Andurils Morrisville NC facility
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
US Salary Range
$99000 - $131000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience education and/or training critical skills and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Andurils total compensation package.
