Are you a skilled engineering leader with experience in energy savings and industrial refrigeration We are looking for a Director of Engineering to join our fast-growing company and help lead the development and execution of innovative cold chain solutions. As the Director of Engineering you will play a key role in transforming the way we manage temperature and energy use across industries worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong individual who thrives in a dynamic growth-stage environment managing complex projects and leading a talented team of engineers. You will take ownership of all aspects of the Thermal Energy Storage (TES) projectsfrom initial site assessments to installation commissioning and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of Thermal Energy Storage (TES) projects from site assessment to installation commissioning and optimization.

• Drive energy savings optimization and ensure successful project execution.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients across various levels.

• Manage and mentor a cross-disciplinary engineering team.

• Act as the technical lead for sales opportunities active projects and completed installations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 10 years of experience in industrial refrigeration building automation controls or related fields.

• 5 years managing engineering teams or technical projects.

• Has expertise in commercial refrigeration and energy savings opportunities.

• Demonstrates strong leadership and clear communication across all levels.

• Has excellent project management skills and experience in implementing scalable processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150k - $190k base salary plus bonus & shares of stock
