What Youll Do
- Perform quality control activities to ensure products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements including FDA and BRC compliance.
- Conduct in-line checks environmental swabbing allergen cleaning verifications calibrations and routine facility inspections.
- Identify escalate and support investigations of non-conformances including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate quality records and support audits CAPA execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor sanitation pest control food defense and chemical controls partnering closely with Production and plant leadership.
- Serve as a key member of the Food Safety/HACCP team and support training and quality knowledge across operations.
What Youll Bring
- Three or more years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience in food beverage or dietary supplement manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMPs SOPs HACCP principles and quality documentation requirements.
- Ability to work independently advocate for quality standards and escalate concerns when needed.
- Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel SharePoint and related quality systems.
- Bachelors degree in Food Science Chemistry Microbiology Biochemistry or a related field preferred with a high school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regular standing walking sitting climbing reaching bending stooping kneeling and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to complete all physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Frequent exposure to wet or humid conditions moving mechanical parts and outdoor environments.
- Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures and elevated work areas.
- Moderate noise levels in a production-focused manufacturing environment.
