Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all quality assurance activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Develop implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems and documentation
- Manage internal and customer audit processes including corrective actions and follow-up
- Monitor analyze and report quality metrics to drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues implement solutions and maintain process standards
Work Environment
This role operates in a warehouse and distribution environment with a mix of office and floor presence. The position requires regular interaction with operations teams and may involve a fast-paced deadline-driven setting.
Days and Shift Information
- Monday- Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm. Additional hours as needed based on operational demands.
Qualifications :
Education
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Bachelors degree in a related field preferred
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment (5 years preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience working with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Experience leading audits corrective actions and process improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and quality tools (e.g. SIPOC scorecards)
- Six Sigma certification or training (Yellow Green or Black Belt) preferred
