About the Role
A growing mid-sized commercial general contractor is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of a high volume of projects while leading teams across both field and office operations.
This is a high-autonomy high-impact role where youll manage 1520 projects simultaneously working closely with field teams subcontractors and leadership to drive successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects (budget schedule execution closeout)
- Manage 1520 active projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and coordinate field teams subcontractors and vendors
- Conduct site visits to ensure safety quality and compliance
- Own project financials (job costing forecasting margins)
What You Bring
- 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
- 510 years of electrical trade/field experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills able to manage people not just projects
- Proficiency with Bluebeam and Microsoft Project
- Organized process-driven and highly accountable
- Reliable with strong follow-through
