A well-established heavy interventional pain management practice in Bangor Maine is seeking a skilled and experienced Pain Management Physician to join their team. What Youll Do

• Perform a full range of interventional pain management procedures including epidural steroid injections nerve blocks facet joint injections radiofrequency ablation and more
• Implant and manage Spinal Cord Stimulators and Intrathecal Pain Pumps
• Evaluate and treat patients with complex acute and chronic pain conditions
• Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes
• Some travel to satellite locations within the region required

Compensation Structure

Years 1 & 2 - Guaranteed Package:

• Salary: $400000 $500000 annually - guaranteed for 2 years

After Year 2 - Full Independent Contractor:

Schedule Options

• Full-Time: Traditional Monday through Friday schedule
• Part-Time: Every other week up to 4 days - ideal for physicians seeking flexibility

What Were Looking For

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine
• Training background in Anesthesiology or Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Extensive hands-on experience with interventional pain procedures
• Proficiency in Spinal Cord Stimulator and Intrathecal Pump implantation
• Active Maine medical license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient communication skills
