PositionSummary

TheSenior SoftwareAccount Executive (SSAE)is responsible fordriving new business revenue for LCPtracker by selling SaaS solutions toB2B and B2G customers including public agencies prime contractors and enterprise organizations.

The AE owns the full sales cyclefrom discovery through closeby engaging stakeholders understanding complex compliance and operational needs delivering value-based product demonstrations and closing new business. This role consistently meets revenue targets while navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes common in regulated and public-sector environments.

The AE is supported by adedicated SDR team and marketing-led demand generation allowing focus on opportunity management solution positioning proposals and closing. The roleoperateswithin a collaborative team-based selling model alongside SDRs Account Representatives Marketing and Customer Success.

Comprehensive training onLCPtrackersSaaS platform products and sales processes is provided.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Pipeline Management

  • Own the full sales lifecycle for assigned accounts and vertical markets

  • Qualify inbound leads and opportunities generated by SDR and Marketing teams

  • Prospect and develop new opportunities through targeted outbound efforts when needed

  • Conduct virtual and in-person product demonstrations

  • Manage objections negotiate pricing and terms and close new business

  • Prepare proposals quotes contracts and RFP responses

  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with prospects customers and key decision-makers

  • Understand client business compliance requirements budgets and timelines

  • Serve as primary sales contact for assigned accounts throughout the sales cycle

  • Support renewals andidentifyupselland expansion opportunities

  • Ensure a smooth handoff to implementation and customer success teams

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with SDRs Marketing Sales Engineers and Account Representatives

  • Partner with Marketing on campaign execution trade shows and lead generation

  • Own and execute sales strategy for assigned vertical markets

  • Maintainaccuratesales data forecasts and activity tracking in Salesforce

Product & Industry Expertise

  • Develop deepexpertiseinLCPtrackersSaaS product suite

  • Stay current on labor compliance prevailing wage and public works requirements

  • Represent LCPtracker at industry events conferences and trade shows

Travel

  • Travel to client sites conferences and company events asrequired

Work Environment

This position performs its duties from theNew Braunfels TX office. The roleoperatesin a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones mobile devices and related technology.

Physical Requirements

While performing the functions of this job the employeeis regularly required tosit;frequentlyrequiredto talk and hear use hands and fingers to type scroll and use computer equipment. The employeeis required tohave close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer and multiple screens; extensive reading; visual inspection of text/data in both print and electronic tolift upto 25lbs.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is afull-time exemptposition. Days and hours worked are dependent on business needs and workload. General availability during regular business hours Monday through Friday is expected. Based on the candidate and /or position a hybrid work arrangement may be considered; howevera minimum of three (3) or more days per week in the office isrequiredto support executive collaboration leadership presence and cross-functional engagement. Some flexibility is allowed. Occasional evening and weekend work may berequiredas job duties demand.

Travel

This is a requirement for this role requires approximately 50% travel including regular client visits attendance at industry conferences trade shows and other business-related at our corporate Staff Retreat isrequired. This event is a 2-3-day retreat. Attendance at our User Conference as assigned.

Salary Range

The salary range is $65K - $80K offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Associates orBachelors degree in Businessor a related field preferred

  • 5 years of SaaS sales experience preferably in B2B and/or B2G environments

  • Proventrack recordofmeetingor exceeding sales quotas

  • Experience selling into regulated or compliance-driven industries strongly preferred

  • Strong communication negotiation and customer relationship skills

  • Proficiencywith Salesforce or similar CRM platforms including reporting and forecasting
