Shift: First Shift MondayFriday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Compensation: $26.25 $36.75 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview
Maintain and repair production and facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems
Support installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines
Contribute to process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic issues
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities
Document maintenance work inspections and parts usage in CMMS
Assist with PLC adjustments and basic programming as needed
Conduct root cause analysis to reduce repeat equipment failures
Maintain plant utilities including compressed air systems and lighting
Support engineering and production teams with upgrades and tooling changes
Maintain organized and safe maintenance work areas

Qualifications
Strong background in industrial electrical and pneumatic systems
Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment preferred
Multi-craft experience in plastics injection molding blow molding or automotive manufacturing highly desirable
Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics
Stable work history in industrial maintenance environments

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand walk climb bend and lift throughout shift
Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
