Pay & Benefits

• $23.50/hour base pay

• Monthly performance bonus: Earn an additional $2$5/hour

• Bonuses paid monthly for strong performance and consistency

• Overtime available (paid after 40 hours)

• Benefits start after just 30 days (medical dental vision etc.)

Schedule Choose the Shift That Fits Your Life

• Mid Shift: Monday Friday 1:30 PM 10:00 PM

• Second Shift: Monday Friday 3:30 PM 12:00 AM

What Youll Do

• Operate warehouse equipment (stand-up forklifts reach trucks order pickers)

• Pick stage and store products accurately and efficiently

• Use RF scanners or voice systems to complete daily tasks

• Build pallets and maintain a clean organized workspace

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals

What Were Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds consistently and 90 pounds via team-lift

• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet

• Warehouse or forklift experience preferred (training provided for the right candidates)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

• Must pass a background check and drug screen
