Job Description : We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our dynamic this role you will serve as a vital link between our clients and our company ensuring exceptional service and support throughout every stage of the client relationship. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone email and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate client records and update account information as necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor client accounts to identify potential problems or opportunities for improved service.
- Prepare and deliver client communications including reports updates and follow-ups.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
