• Hire train and coach your sales reps through classes workshops and field development
• Lead weekly meetings track performance metrics and drive quota achievement
• Manage schedules complete cancel-save appointments and keep the operation running
• Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews

What Were Looking For

• One-call close experience in Exterior or Interior Remodeling (required this is non-negotiable)
• 3 years in sales 1 year in a sales management role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
• The leadership instincts coaching ability and communication skills to build and drive a team
