• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals skill development and fun for all age groups (3-14 years old)
• Set up and Clean up sports fields/equipment
• Saturday & Sunday shifts-outdoors (8:00 am-2:00 pm)
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values-everyone gets a turn and gets the ball
• Communicate game day information to players and parents on the field
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
• 
  

• Excellent communication skills/public speaking
• Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently and collaborate with team members
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (for the full duration of the season 6 weeks)
• Must have reliable transportation
