About the Role:
Join Hope Montessori Academy as a Toddler 2 ECT where you will nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and engaging environment. We are looking for passionate educators who can create a joyful learning experience for toddlers while promoting independence and curiosity.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for Toddler 2 students.
- Foster a safe and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration.
- Observe and assess childrens progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their childs development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive learning community.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and creativity.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Support childrens social and emotional development through positive interactions.
Requirements:
- Must possess an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) certification.
- Experience working with toddlers in a classroom setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
