Now Hiring: 1^st Shift Manufacturing Support Technician
Charlton MA $20.00$23.00/hour (based on experience)
1st Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Were looking to add a Manufacturing Support Technician to our team someone whos comfortable working with their hands has some manufacturing experience and can pick up technical processes quickly.

This role can vary a bit depending on experience levelweve got different tiers based on skill set and proficiency. If youve got solid hands-on experience and like working in a technical manufacturing environment youll fit right in.

What Youll Do

• Work on a variety of fiber and assembly operations (cutting cleaning assembling components etc.)
• Set up and run equipment (presses towers ovens and other production machinery)
• Monitor processes record data and make sure everything is running as expected
• Support R&D builds and more complex assemblies when needed
• Help maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
• Following all safety procedures and quality standards

What were looking for:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment (1-3 years) is required. (Training in our technology provided).
• Good mechanical and technical aptitude
• Comfortable working with small parts and detailed assemblies (good hand dexterity)
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Ability to follow processes and troubleshoot when things dont look right
• Team-oriented and willing to learn across different areas
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Proficiency in English including speaking comprehension reading and writing at a level necessary to effectively perform job duties.
• Reliable transportation & ability to work assigned shift
• Must pass a background check & 9-panel drug test
